We are experienced, approachable clinicians, who offer confidential and professional services to children, teenagers, adults and families experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.
We are members of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA) and are governed by their code of ethics.
In the UK, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) provides national guidance on the most effective interventions with key mental health problems. In line with NICE recommendations, we offer Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Schema-Focused Psychotherapy and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in the treatment of a wide array of difficulties. Whilst the following is not an exhaustive list, we commonly work with people struggling with depression, anxiety-related problems, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship problems, stress, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.
We also provide bespoke, in-house, psychological services to certain firms in the City of London. And an additional service we offer our clients is consultancy and executive coaching, for issues around leading, motivating, communicating and self-confidence in the workplace - this can be done on a one-to-one basis, with small teams, or with organisations.
